Who we are

ART Tennis is run by Shelly (founder, organiser) and Artem (head coach). We are the controller of the personal data you give us on this site.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your first name, email, level and the page language. If you choose to give them: your country of residence and how you found us; on the Chinese form, also your WeChat ID.

If you answer the optional questions after joining: whether you would come alone or with others, which camps and trip length suit you, where you would travel for tennis and what would make a trip worth it.

We also use, but do not store with your profile: which form and camp you signed up from, and your answers to the two consent boxes. You confirm your subscription by clicking the link in our confirmation email; MailerLite records the time and IP address of that confirmation as the record of your consent.

We do not ask for payment details. If you book a camp later, payment is handled by Stripe and we never see your card.

Why we collect it

To send you emails about our camps, training and news. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the email box and confirming from the email we send you.

To plan camps that fit the people who want to come: levels, group mix, dates and places. Your country helps us think about travel.

If you tick the gear box, to tell you when our tennis gear launches. This is optional and separate.

Who processes it

MailerLite, our email service, stores the list and sends the emails. Its servers for our account are in the EU.

Cloudflare hosts this site and gives us visitor statistics without cookies. It runs Turnstile, the spam check on our forms, which processes signals from your device and browser to tell people from bots. It also routes the email you send to hello@thearttennis.com. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to make sure you are not emailed again.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our visitor statistics are cookieless. The spam check on our forms may use the minimum needed to tell people from bots.

Your choices and rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click takes you off the list.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to take it elsewhere, by writing to hello@thearttennis.com. We reply within one month.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. It does not affect what we did before.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this notice changes, we update the date at the top. If the change matters for how we use your data, we tell you by email first.
